Trump seeks to put hundreds of federal real estate for sale

“We identify buildings and facilities that are not fundamental to government operations or non-excellent disposal properties,” the website states. “Sales ensure that taxpayers dollars are no longer spent on free or under -used federal premises. Defining this assets helps to remove expensive maintenance and allows us to re -introduce the high quality work environment supported by agencies.”

The agency announced that sales could potentially save more than $ 430 million in annual operational costs.
