In an interview with Fox News Digital In February 2024, Serrano said that joining Paul’s brand “is the best decision I made in boxing”.
“That completely changed my life,” she said at the time. “Jake brings my eyes to sports, and I was excited to be a part of it and be the first girl on his background. I had to make sure I had to go out there and prove that I deserved that position. Jake is just an amazing guy. Nakisa is an amazing guy. And they just want what’s best for me.
“They definitely added more zero to my bank account,” she added with a laugh. “So, I’m truly blessed for that.”
Serrano lost to Taylor with a controversial unanimous decision; Taylor won in 2022 with divided ladder. Nevertheless, they have collected over 70 million viewers on Netflix, most in the history of women’s boxing. Two of Serranovo three losses came from Taylor, who is 24-1 in his career.

Serrano was bloody in the fight after an apparent head from Taylor, which cost her points in the eighth round.
The 36-year-old has 47 wins on her resume, 31 of which are via Knockout.
