Kolkat Knight Riders finally appointed his captain for the upcoming Indian Premier League season. The cricket of veterans in India Ajinkya Rahane was named the team captain for the IPL 2025 with Venkatesh Iyer as his replacement.
There were a lot of speculation about the KKR caption when Shreyas Iyer left the franchise after winning the title last year. After long discussions, the franchise decided to name Ajinkya Rahane as her captain.
The social media was buzzing after Rahane’s appointment to the new captain of the KKR. While some of the users supported KKR to get well in Rahane, some of them did not advocate this decision.
