Samuel spent the first six seasons NFL career With the 49ers after the team chose it in the second round of the NFL in 2019.
He earned a first-team All-Pro honor and a Pro Bowl Choice after completing the 2021 season with a high career of 1,405 reception yards. Samuel and Ninira have reached an agreement on a three -year extension of the contract after that season.

Samuel spoke with 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan about leaving the team during the off -season and later led a conversation with Lynch.
