The judge denies Blake’s vibrant approach to the phone records of Justin Baldonia in the case of “ends with us”

“The court stopped the awful attempt by Mrs. Lively to attack our clients’ privacy,” said Bryan Freedman Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, said Fox News Digital in a statement to Fox News. “This is a big victory. No matter how lively parties can try to start this decision, the court has seen its efforts for what they are truly: a desperate fishing expedition is intended to save their daring demands long after they have already touched the reputation of our clients in the New York Times.”

Liman denied Lively’s request especially for Baldonia’s records, but gave the capabilities of the “Gossip Girl” star in records of court calls from “non -party”.
“This request involves legitimate privacy interests,” the federal judge wrote. “Although Lively narrowed her request to exclude the contents of the call or message, telephone records would continue to contain sensitive information about which doctors, psychologists or even acquaintance with whom the parties released and when.”

However, Lively will be able to ask for the telephone records of others who may have been involved in an alleged smear campaign.

Lively’s team revealed that they send demands “directly” following the Liman command.
