Demolition reduces record rollercoaster
It was called the world’s highest Rollercoaster when it opened in 2005, Kingda Ka was demolished in Six Flags Theme Park in New Jersey.
Local officials warned that the surrounding areas could hear a “series of fast explosions” coming from the thematic park as the implosion took place.
The ride is one of several retired in the park, which made a place for new attractions.
