Pakistan got a big boost on the eve of his ICC champion campaign, as the fast bowlers Haris Rauf was declared suitable for the start of the tournament. Rauf has recently suffered an injury during three-series and did not play after the first match.
The availability of Haris Rauf brings a sense of calm in the Pakistan team, which has been suffering from injury problems lately. A few days ago, the Saim Ayub opener was excluded from the tournament while still recovering from the injury he sustained during a tour in South Africa.

According to the PTI, Haris Rauf will be available for the starting game of Pakistan champion trophy against New Zealand, which will be played in Karachi on February 19th. The fast bowlers suffered muscle stress in the lower wall of the chest.
