IMANE KHELIF: The Olympic boxer champion says “never stayed” and promises to fight after the lawsuit | Boxing news

Imane Khelif condemned the “false and offensive” accusations of the International Boxing Association.

IBA revealed this week that she will file criminal charges against the International Olympic Committee in the United States, France and Switzerland.

Switzerland IOC enabled the women’s boxers Khelif and Lin Yu-Njans to compete and win gold medals in Paris last year, which “can serve as the basis for the criminal prosecution,” claims IBA.

“I have been demolished repeatedly than I can count. But I never stayed down,” Khelif said Instagram.

“We will take all the necessary legal steps to ensure that my rights and principles of fair competition be supported.

“Those who are responsible for these actions must be responsible, and we will follow all the legal ways available to ensure that justice prevails.”

Olympic boxer champion Khelif says she ‘hurt her’ the harassment she received on social media in the middle of the order over her eligibility

IBA under the leadership of Russians was expelled from the Olympic Games, but cited an executive order for transgender athletes of the President Donald Trump to justify criminal charges.

Khelif said that Iba “again brought out the unfounded accusations that are false and offensive, using them for further agenda. This is a matter that applies only to me, but also the wider principles of honesty and procedure in sports.”

IOC consistently said that boxers from Algeria and Taiwan, who were assigned to females at birth and identified as women, adhered to all the rules for the Olympic tournament. They both also competed in Tokyo 2021 and did not win medals.

Khelif and Lin were disqualified from the 2023 World Cup operated by IBA, in which they said that they failed to have eligibility tests.

“Two athletes Ib athletes are not transgender athletes,” IOC repeated on Monday.

Khelif progressed through the Olympic Games in the midst of international supervision and uninformed speculation about his sex. Although she was born and grew up as a woman, she found herself at the center of gender, gender and sports after she failed the undefined seizure tests for women’s competition from IBA 2023.

“I’ve seen trouble before,” Khelif said.

“I fought through every downtime, every false accusation, every attempt to delete me. And I won. Every obstacle just strengthened my determination. I will continue to compete with honor and integrity.”
