Luke Littleler seems to hit the social media critics after losing in the third round of the Opening Players Championship on Monday.
Littlel lost 6-3 of Joe Cullen in the third round of events behind the closed door in Wigan, and there were 15 couples on average only 87.8.
The 18-year-old has yet to arrive at the finals of the tournament in the events he played since he became the world’s youngest champion in Darts last month.
After defeating Cullen, a Facebook account entitled “Luke Theunuke Littler” replied to the user comment on the PDC Post and said, “They still earned several quids today, while they were sitting at home by charging their phones and waiting to lose.”
Littleler’s comment seems to have replied to read: “All of you haters laugh at me remember what he did and won it in one year on tour. You hate people who get into the success of people.”
Lukethenuke Littler’s account seems to be a personal account, which has almost 80,000 followers and has posts from 2014 when Littleler was seven years old.
Littler will compete in the Championship of the player 2 on Tuesday, before turning his attention to the second night night in the Premier League on Thursday, where he faces Rob Cross in the introductory match at 7pm.
Cross won the introductory player championship on Monday, beating Cullen in the finals.
