Cricket Bangladesh Committee Part with Hashan Tillakarat; appoints a new main trainer for a female team

His ability to develop young talent and conduct strategic plans for games will be vital as Bangladesh seeks to secure a place in the upcoming World Cup.

BCB gives priority to local talent as the main coach

BCB President Faruque officially confirmed the appointment of Sarwar as the main coach of the National Women’s Team, fulfilling the free place left by Hasan’s departure. He further emphasized the commitment of the Committee to nurture a local coaching talent.

“We decided to name Imrana (Sarwar) for our main coach of the state women’s team after the post was vacant after Hasan’s departure. When I took my duty, I promised to best try to provide a platform for local coaches in the national lineup, and the appointment of Imrana is part of that pledge. What I feel is that if we do not give them responsibility, how we can know if they work or not, “ Faruque quoted Cricbuzz.

Qualifying challenge Bangladesh for ICC Women’s Play World Cup
