The rules of the federal judge not to block the reach of the Dog access to the work department systems

Federal judge on Friday said he would not immediately block the Ministry of Efficiency of the Government or Dogea access to systems in the work department.
American District Judge John Bates said he was concerned about Doge, but that unions that sued to block their access to systems have not yet provided evidence of any legal injury.
“Although the court is concerned about the alleged behavior of the defendant, he must at the moment deny the prosecutor’s proposal,” Bates wrote.
The Ministry of Labor explored companies like Spacex Tesla owned by Elon muskwho leads Dogea and keeps records of these investigations. The department also has information on the secret secrets of these companies, unions said in a lawsuit.

The Department of Security and Health Protection was investigated and punished by Spacex and Tesla for the safety of workers, unions said.
The Ministry of Labor systems contain medical and financial records of millions of Americans, including those who have filed security complaints to their employers.
The verdict comes after Trump administration Agreed earlier this week that Doge will not receive access to the work department until this court decision.
The Ministry of Justice announced that there were three employees of reach awarded to the Ministry of Labor and reported on their own secretary’s office, although they became special government employees and that they were obliged to follow the law with any sensitive information about corporations or workers while conducting reviews.

The Doge team was given access to the sensitive payment systems of the Treasury Department, although the judge has since blocked access to the Treasury records containing sensitive personal information such as social insurance and the numbers of bank accounts for millions of Americans. Doga also largely dismantled the US Agency for International Development and offered financial incentives to millions of federal workers to resign.
“At every step of the way, Doga violates more laws, from constitutional limitations of executive, to law protecting civil servants from arbitrary threats and unfavorable actions, to crucial protection for government data collected and stored on hundreds of millions of Americans,” lawyers for trade unions represented by foreign advocacy groups of democracy wrote.

The leadership of the Department for the work has said a member of the union this week that Doge will visit, and workers should let them do “whatever they ask, not to be pushed rather than asking questions,” the unions wrote.

The Ministry of Justice said that there was no evidence of abuse and that the judge should not issue a “traffic, prophylactic order … based on the prosecutor’s speculation that they would violate the law.”
Nineteen states They sued through Doge’s approach to federal payment systems.
