Harmanpreet Kaur explains that WPL 2025 will play a key role in Indian World Cup preparation
Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur has underlined significance Women’s Premier League (WPL) In the design of the preparation team for the upcoming Odi World Cup, which should be held in India later this year. Speaking at a press conference in Mumbai, Harmanpreet expressed his belief that WPL 2025 will provide Indian players with a key platform to purify their skills and improve fitness level on the eve of the global tournament.
WPL 2025 layout and format
The five team WPL should be held from February 14 to March 15, 2025 in four cities in India. The tournament will contain 20 league matches and two knockout games, offering players enough opportunities to show their talent and gain the valuable experience of the match. Especially, Mumbaj Indians (we) will start his campaign on February 15 against Delhi Capitals (DC).

Harmanpreet emphasized the importance of WPL’s subsequent break. “I think this WPL will play a very big role because this year we have a World Cup. After the WPL, we have a very good window where we can work on our fitness and raise fitness level. I think the gap will really help us work hard on to yourself ”, said Harmanpreet.
