President Donald Trump called on Iran to start negotiating with the US for a “nuclear rest agreement”, reducing the possibility of a devastating military attack on the Islamic nation.
Trump made a statement on social media on Wednesday morning, confirming the US position that Iran never can get nuclear weapons. He comes just a day after Trump met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the White House.
“I want Iran to be a big and successful country, but one that cannot have a nuclear weapon. It reports that the United States, will work in cooperation with Israel, to develop Iran in Smithereens, they exaggerate,” Trump wrote.
“I would love a much more certified nuclear rest agreement, which Iran will let it grow calm and progress. We should immediately start working on it and have a big celebration in the Middle East when it is signed and completed. God blessed the Middle East!” He added.
