Gaza transformed into a desolation of ruins after the Israeli bombing | Gaza news

The Israeli bombing and land operations in Gaza turned the entire fourth into devastated ruins, with blackened shells of buildings and piles of debris that extend in all directions.

Large roads are plowing. The critical infrastructure of water and electricity is in ruins. Most hospitals no longer function.

The United Nations say they could renew more than 350 years if the blockade remained.

The complete extent of the damage will only be known when the fighting is completed and inspectors have full access to the territory.

The most destroyed part of Gaza, in the north, was sealed and mostly Israeli forces were depopulated in surgery that began in early October.

Using satellite data, the United Nations estimated last month that 69 percent of the structures in Gaza were damaged or destroyed, including at least 245,000 homes.

The World Bank estimated the damage of $ 18.5 billion – an almost combined economic production of the West Coast and Gaza in 2022 – since only the first four months of the war.

Before anything can be restored, the ruin must be removed – a stunning task by itself.

The UN estimates that the war has glued Gaza with at least 50 million tonnes of ruins – about 12 times larger than the great pyramid of Gize. With more than 100 trucks that have been working full -time, it would take more than 15 years to clean the ruins, and there are few open spaces on a narrow coastal territory, with a home of about 2.3 million Palestinians.
