Jamaicic man illegally in the US arrested in Florida for sexual crimes involving teens
The Jamaican man illegally in the United States was arrested in Florida Panhandle Last week for sex crimes involving a teenager, according to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Tommy Ford said Damian Gulgar, 44, was charged with illegal sexual activity with smaller and participating in sexual intercourse without discovering a positive HIV diagnosis.
