Justin Baldoni triggers a site with a modified lawsuit, ‘Timeline of relevant events’ in Blake Lively Feud

“But the importance of the time of these elements of the defamation article is that they are deprived of legal shields who have probably relied on the lively, Times and other lively parties to protect their malicious defamation, such as the privilege of litigation and the privilege of fair reporting.”

In a statement to Fox News Digital, Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, addressed the changed appeal.
“The decision to change our lawsuit was a logical next step because of the overwhelming amount of new evidence that came to light,” Freedman said.
“This fresh evidence confirms what we knew all the time, because of the blind pursuit of power, Mrs. Lively and her entire months had demolished the destruction of a reputation with a complex network of lies, false accusations and manipulation of unlawfully received communications.

In a statement to Fox News Digital, a representative of New York Times, Danielle Rhoades Ha, she pushed herself against the request amended in a modified lawsuit.
