Beterbiev-Bivol 2 Trailers: Less Opera, More Fist
A brand new arthur Beterbiev trailer against Dmitry Bivol 2 came out today, looking great to create an interest in a slight severe undisputed rematch. DAZN PPV.
Talk trailer
The trailer has a dark look, mostly staged at an opera theater with singer, statues, promoters and ring announcer Michael Buffer briefly shown. It was a collection of paintings thrown together. One sees the buffalo falls on the floor breaking the glass, which could be an insight into what fans will see in the rematch.
I’m glad we don’t see how a buffalo kills a poor bear with a sword in the first fight trailer. That was unobtrusive. But as for the new trailer, there are some good things and a bunch of garbage that were supposed to be left on the floor of the hall.
Former WBA heavyweight champion Bivol (23-1, 12 ko) said in interviews that he wanted to throw more blows but also He wants to move more than last time. We hope we don’t see it because this is a PPV event.
Called ‘Last Crescendo,‘Beterbiev-Bivol II Revanus suggests that this struggle will prove once and for all who is a better fighter between them. It seemed pretty clear that Beterbiev (21-0, 20 was mentally stronger, wanted him more and had a buffalo in full mode to withdraw from a round from 7 to 12.
This is if the buffalo decides to fight, not to escape around the ring as last time. The struggle has made it unobtrusive in the last seven rounds with its shakur-esque running and holding Beterbiev. Some fans still think that the buffalo robbed last time, but gave the last seven rounds, deciding to move.
What many occasional fans are not aware of is that Beterbiev came out of the knee surgery due to a torn meniscus and the fight with buffalo performed only a few months after recovery. That’s impressive. To persecute Beterbiev, a buffalo around the ring with one good foot shows how great the fighter is.
Cut the mess
If I had creating a trailer, I would edit Parts depicting promoters, clippers and things of Opera Theater and focus more on fighters to create an interest in the real Beterbiev-Bivol 2 struggle. Fans will not be excited about ordering the event by watching people who have nothing to do with what they are interested in.
If you are trying to sell this fight to the public, you have to look at what fans are interested in. They don’t want to see the old guys without anything to do with what’s going on in the ring, right? I don’t know.
The fight was convincing enough that they did not demand a rematch, but fans and Bivol’s promoter complained, so a rematch was ordered. If the buffalo lost again, the same situation could be played. A great impetus for an unnecessary trilogy.
