A tragic accident caused by a clash Between a regional commercial aircraft and a military helicopter in Washington, DC, is the first fatal commercial air accident in almost 15 years.

The disaster indicates the first fatal commercial air accident in almost 15 years, and the US airline has been transporting about eight billion passengers between the accidents.

February 12, 2009, Colgan Air (which acts as a Continental Connection) Flight 3407 experienced the booth while on the final approach to the International Airport of Buffalo Niagar in New York.

The regional aircraft crashed, killing all 49 people on board, as well as one person on the ground after being hit by the aircraft. Investigators have found that the pilot response to the barn warning has contributed to the collision, and fatigue is perhaps another factor.

27. August 2006. On January 31, 2000, Alaska Airlines Flight 261 collapsed in the Pacific Ocean near the island of Anacapa, California, while flying from Puerto Vallarta in Mexico to Seattle with stopping in San Francisco.

All 83 passengers and five crew members were killed in an accident. Investigators found that irregular maintenance caused the failure of the critical flight control system during flight, resulting in the pilots lost control of the aircraft.

July 17, 1996. Twig Flight 800 collapsed in Atlantic Ocean A close East Moriches, New York, after leaving John F. Kennedy’s international Airport in New York, bounded for Rome over stopping in Paris.

All 212 passengers and 18 crew members were killed in the collision. Investigators found that the aircraft had suffered a structural termination while in flight due to the explosion in its central fuel tank that was most likely caused by a short circuit.
