Palestinian man travels home to Gaza after 15 months of war

The CBS News followed a Palestinian man because his trial agreement allowed him to go home after a 15 months of war in Gaza. When he reached his neighborhood, he could not believe in the eye. CBS News Council foreign correspondent Elizabeth Palmer has his own story.
