Why Dewsbury-Hall would be a good signing for Everton
Often playing in attacking midfield for Everton this season has been Abdoulaye Doucoure, who has Made 22 appearances. Accordingly, his lack of impact in the final third was quite evident as he scored just one goal and provided no assists.
While the 32-year-old is there to be a match-winning brace, the Toffees have lacked creativity behind the forwards other than Ndiaya, and a change here could help Moyes in the second half of the season.
An addition like Dewsbury-Hall could allow Everton to keep their principles off the ball, with the midfielder already marked “diligent“His former boss, Brendan Rogers, while also adding an extra attacking threat and creativity to the front line.

However, along with that, he also brings extra creativity, making 1.33 key passes and averaging two shot creations per 90. Not only that, but he’s also able to shut down, dropping deep to help advance the pass and carry is passing and carrying , also coming into the box to give the team an outlet, showing how well-rounded he is as a midfielder.
As a result, signing Dewsbury-Hall would allow Moyes to plug a hard-working attacking midfielder into the system, getting other attributes around him and bringing more dynamism to the side. In turn, this could help star man Ndiaye become even more threatening in the final third.
