Liverpool have reportedly been keeping tabs on Brentford and Bournemouth stars Bryan Mbeum and Antoine Semeny, although sources played down links to Omar Marmoush.
The Reds are seemingly admirers of both Mbeum and Semeny, who have both shone in the Premier League, but Eintracht Frankfurt star Marmoush may not be a priority right now, according to Sky Sports.
Marmoush has impressed in the Bundesliga, but it’s not clear where the links are coming from, with Sky Sports saying Liverpool sources played down the story.
It looks like Mbeumo could be a particularly good fit for Liverpoolhowever, after some great form for Brentford so far this season.

The Cameroon international has ten goals and two assists in 18 league appearances, while Semenyo has also impressed but has a slightly lower return of five goals and two assists in as many games.

Liverpool would certainly do well to add talents like Mbeumo or Semenyo to their squad, but at the same time it is also true that they already have plenty of options in that area of the pitch.
Mohamed Salah is in the form of his life and tying him down to a new contract must be a priority for LFC, while they will also be pleased with the performances of the likes of Luis Diaz and Cody Gakpo.
Liverpool fans may be less sure about Darwin Nunez, while Diogo Jota has been a good player but has struggled to maintain his form.
Mbeumo can play up front or out wide, so could be an ideal signing to give Arne Slot another option in the middle or out wide of his front three.
Salah’s new contract with Liverpool he seems to be progressing well in the meantime, which is likely to make such a signing a less urgent priority for the Merseyside giants.
