Genesis Invitational whose host Tiger Woods will be transferred to Torrey Pines after forest fires in Los Angeles.

The Riviera County Club was supposed to organize a PGA Tour signature event between February 13 and 16, but this trail is located in the Pacific Palisades area in southern California decimated.

Torrey Pines is already a regular place on a PGA tour, hosting Farmers Insuranca Open, while also organized by the US Open 2008 and 2021, who won Woods and Jon Rahm.

Woods said: “We are grateful to the city of San Diego and Torrey Pines for hosted by Genesis Invitational 2025 and everyone who supported the tournament.

PGA Commissioner Jay Monahan added: “As we have seen the last two weeks, the sport may be a great diversion, but even a bigger university in the gathering of people for a common goal.

“Finding out the resistance of Los Angeles and the need for continuous support for the current efforts of recovery is what our collective teams work on with the performance of The Genesis Invitional in Torrey Pines.”

This year’s Genesis Invitational will include a series of initiatives to help with Los Angeles, and the details will be published in due course.
