Snow Lake Energy announces an offer price of $ 16 million in investing.com
Winnipeg, Manitoba -(Newsfile Corp. -23 January 2025) – Snji Lake resources (Nasdaq 🙂 Ltd., D/B/A Snow Lake Energy (Nasdaq: Li ™) (“Snow Lake“or”Society“), Uranus research company, today announced the price of the best effort of an offer of 16,000,000 common shares at a price of $ 1,00 per share. All shares on offer are offered by the company. Total (EPA 🙂 Gross revenue from the offer, prior to deducting fee for the placement and other costs they offer, is expected to amount to $ 16,000,000. The offer is expected to close on January 27, 2025, in accordance with the satisfaction of the usual closing conditions.
The company intends to use net income from the offer primarily for Craft Capital and General Corporate Purpose.
