Jeffrey Epstein’s former London townhouse of Mrs. Ghislaine Maxwell is for sale
Ghislaine Maxwell’s former townhouse in London, where Britain’s Prince Andrew allegedly posed with his arm around underage defendant Jeffrey Epstein’s waist in 2001, is up for sale again.
Maxwell, 63, she sold it in 2021 for the equivalent of approximately $2.1 million to help pay for her defense in the US sex-trafficking trial, in which she was convicted for her role in aiding and abetting Epstein’s crimes.
The three-bedroom, three-story home is now listed for the equivalent of approximately $3.96 million, according to London real estate site Chestertons.

The photos show a freshly renovated kitchen, a wooden trellis over the terrace from the master bedroom and a fireplace.
It is located in a narrow but well-known unusual street like a meow within walking distance of iconic London department stores, Harvey Nichols and Harrods, according to the listing.

While the exterior looks simple, the interior is described as recently renovated and “charming.”
Home sits in Luxury London Belgravia neighborhood and is located opposite the Nag’s Head pub and near the luxury Pantechnicon complex.
In the US lawsuit, Epstein’s accuser Virginia Giuffre claimed she met Andrew at London’s Tramp nightclub before he forced her to have sex at Maxwell’s house.
The prince was relieved of his royal duties in the fallout from the scandal, but has always denied allegations of wrongdoing.
He agreed to pay Giuffre an unpublished settlement 2022 and donate to her charity for victims of crime.
Maxwell is originally from the United Kingdom who fled to the US and allegedly procured underage victims for Epstein to sexually abuse.

She is serving a federal prison sentence in Tallahassee for her role in his sex-trafficking operation.
Another Maxwell’s former home, a A mansion in Massachusettsit went up for sale for $7.3 million in 2022 after her conviction.
Expected release date is 2037.
She lost her appeal in September after she argued that the superseded indictment against her may have violated the statute of limitations, that a previous nonprosecution agreement Epstein reached in a controversial plea deal barred the charges against her and other issues.

The appeals court found “no error” in the lower court’s handling of her case and upheld the conviction.

Epstein himself died in federal custody in 2019 while awaiting his own trial.
