MINISO Group announces the results of Investing.com’s extraordinary general meeting

GUANGZHOU, China, January 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — MINISO Group Holding Limited (NYSE: MNSO; HKEX: 9896) (“MINISO“, “MINISO group” or the “Company”), a global retailer offering a variety of modern lifestyle products with IP design, today announced that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (“EGM”) of the Company has been previously announced to seek shareholder approval for the proposed acquisition of the shares of Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd was held in Hong Kong today. All proposals for decisions submitted to the shareholders for approval listed in the notice of the extraordinary meeting were duly accepted by the Company’s shareholders at the extraordinary meeting.

After the Extraordinary General Assembly, the Company expects the proposed acquisition to be completed after the satisfaction or waiver of other closing conditions in accordance with the relevant share purchase agreements.
