Short seller Nathan Anderson closes Hindenburg Research

Activist short seller Nathan Anderson, known for campaigns against Adani Group, Super Micro and Nikola, is closing down his company Hindenburg Research seven years after he founded it.
“The plan was to finish after we finished a bunch of ideas we were working on,” Anderson they wrote in a statement. He described the work as “quite intensive and sometimes all-consuming.”
Hindenburg the research led to allegations of fraud and indictments against dozens of individuals, according to its website, but also resulted in costly legal battles. Although the company was moving towards ever-increasing goals, it remained small with 11 employees.
