With three less than three years old, Mahomes told reporters Tuesday that he’s happy with the size of his family “right now,” but Reid offered a different perspective when he spoke to the media.
“Yeah, I think he’s doing great,” Reid said when asked how the veteran quarterback is handling fatherhood. “He came in as Patrick at 2 p.m. and now he’s Patrick at 3 p.m.”
But for Reid, a father of five, he believes the more the merrier.

“I think every year is special,” Mahomes said. “Obviously you want to win three in a row and build those memories with the guys and the community. But every single year is special. And when I look back at all the different Super Bowls that we’ve won, I look back at the special moments that we had and the special games that we had and so we will try to do the same this year.”
