Fallon Sherrock and Beau Greaves need strong final days at Q-School to earn PDC Tour Cards after failing to secure them on Saturday.
Greaves, 21, failed to score any points in the first two days of the Q-School in Milton Keynes, but a quarter-final run on Saturday saw her finish 17th on the Order of Merit and in the combined.
Sherrock endured a disappointing third day when she crashed out early in the final 64 – losing 6-3 to eventual finalist Adam Paxton – and failed to add any further points, dropping her to 23rd on the PO. She may need at least a semifinal run on Sunday to claim a Tour Card.
Greaves meanwhile beat Josh Payne, Lewis Pride, Steve Hine and Cam Crabtree before losing 6-3 to Darryl Pilgrim in the round of 16.
Tavis Dudeney and Dennie Olde Kalter were the players to secure PDC Tour Cards on Saturday – both for the first time – after winning the penultimate day of action at the 2025 Qualifying Schools.
Day three saw 20-year-old Dudeney break new ground with an impressive 6-4 win against Paxton.
The Brighton-born star – the latest product of the Junior Darts Corporation system to move to the PDC ProTour – converted a stunning 126 checkout to topple Paxton in a high-quality affair, after beating Scotsman Greg Ritchie in a dramatic semi-final clash.
Meanwhile, Olde Kalter defeated Sweden’s World Cup quarter-finalist Oskar Lukasiak 6-4 to secure his place on the ProTour for the next two years with success at the European Qualifying School.
Sunday will offer the last chance for players to win Tour Cards, with play starting at 12pm in Milton Keynes.
In addition to the daily Tour Card winners, an additional 21 Tour Cards will be awarded on a pro-rata basis to players from the respective Final Stage Ranks for merit after day four – 12 in Europe and nine in the UK.
Bradley Brooks and Cor Dekker secured their Tour Cards through their respective Orders of Merit for Sunday’s fourth day of Final Stage action.
