WPP (WPP) is in discussions on the sale of Spafax, a party provider in a flight whose clients include a leading airline, reports Mark Kleinman Sky News. The advertising giant cooperates with the bankers at his disposal of a business, which he bought a quarter of a century ago, with sources told Sky that WPP hopes to introduce the contract between the GBP50M and the GBP75M.
