Ellie Kildunne will earn her 50th. A red rose cap when England face Wales in six countries on Saturday.
Harlequins Full-Back Kildunne returns to the initial XV at the Principality Stadium, along with the wings of Jess Creach and Abby Dow, and the head coach John Mitchell inserted 13 changes in the team, who beat Italy 38-5 in their introductory tournament match.
