Ahmed Shehzad expressed disappointment due to the poor performance of Pakistan National Crickket team in the current T20I T20I series opener against New Zealand in Christchurch. Shehzad was upset about Pakistan’s appearance against black caps.

Pakistani cricket also caused concern for selecting Shadab Khan, as he bravely claimed that the Pakistani Cricket board (PCB) had its reasons for maintaining a star in a solemn Sutut. He said Shadab was not chosen only on the basis of merit.

He even admitted that Shadab could be appointed Pakistani Captain T20I in the future. Shehzad said frustratedly, “You’re talking about Shadab – putting me, who gave me the performance? Meanwhile, Shehzad also caused concern about the fall of Pakistani National Academy of Cricket (NCA). He noted that NCA no longer produces top players. The veteran opener also recalled the time when NCA played a key role in talent development through training camps, but now it is just set where you “adjust your own people and safe wages.”

Ahmed Shehzad questioned the fall of Pakistan’s NCA, remembering that he, Mohammad Amir and Shan Masood appeared from his development campsites. He has criticized the lack of players of players in recent years. He also criticized the current director of NCA, Nadeem Khan.
