West Ham who accused Fa after allegedly singing a homophobic fan

West Ham accused the Football Federation of alleged homophobic singing by their supporters during last month’s strengthening against Chelsea.

The Blues Blues at Stamford Bridge beat 2-1 in early February at the beginning of February, during which FA claimed that the club “failed to ensure that his viewers did not behave in an inappropriate, offensive, abused, rude or offensive way in relation to sexual orientation.”

Fa said the club is accused as a result of alleged fans breach. Day after the match, West Ham has announced a statement in which the club “strongly condemns discriminatory and homophobic singing directed towards the opposition supporters.

“The appearance is completely unacceptable and there is no place in football or any other.”

By Tuesday, April 1, West Ham responded to fa.

The news for West Ham consists of a tumultuous few days outside the field. It is understood that the hearing regarding the Lucas Paqueta betting charges began last week, and Fa allegedly sought a ban for a lifelong ban for a Brazilian.

The hearing is believed to have lasted three weeks, making it one of the longest court proceedings in the history of FA.

Paqueta has been charged with offenses in four games in four Premier League games, against Leicester in November 2022, Aston Villa in March 2023, Leeds in May 2023 and Bournemouth last August.

The 27-year-old did not invest any bet. It is believed that the bets – about 60 for relatively small roles – were set by friends and family.

Paqueta denies any abuse, but FA collection of 2024 states that the midfielder has tried to “influence the progress, behavior or any other aspect or the occurrence in these matches intentionally asking to receive the card from an irregular purpose of impact on the betting market to profit from throwing one or more persons.”

Paqueta has also been charged with two violations of F3 FA rules in relation to alleged failures in accordance with the F2 Rule, which relates to the provision of information and documents.

“I am extremely surprised and disturbed that FA has decided to charge me,” Paquet said in a statement published at the time of the charges.

“For nine months, I worked with each step of their investigation and provided all the information I could.

“I deny the accusations in full and I will fight with every breath to clean my name. Because of the ongoing process, I will not give any further comment.”
