Wales V Kazakhstan – lines, statistics and examination
Review of the match for Wales against Kazakhstan
Craig Bellamy begins his attempts at Wales leadership at the World Kupa in return when he hosts Kazakhstan in Cardiff on Saturday.
The former captain has excellently started his life in charge of the national team, undefeated in his six so far, of which he won three.
The 4-1 victory over Iceland for Dragons secured a promotion from the National League B at the end of last year, also secured the least play-off place for the World Cup next summer.
Ultimately, the upcoming qualifying for the World Cup is where Bellamy will be judged and will hope that they will start well in a group containing Belgium, northern Macedonia and Lihtenstein, as well as Kazakhstan.
This qualifying campaign will be the first Walesov without former Talisman Gareth Bale since 2004, when Bellamy was still playing and the 45-year-old is looking for a new era.
Belgium looked like Wales’s biggest rivals to secure the first place in qualifying, and Saturday’s opponents Kazakhstan endured the dark 2024, losing seven of their eight matches, including defeats in each of their last five.
But although the World Cup qualification will be a large part of whether Bellamy is considered a success or failure, he insists that this is not the most important thing in his mind.

“I want the players to qualify. Do I want to train at the World Cup? Yes, but is that the most important thing? I’m okay, believe me,” said Wales chief.
“Do I want money that can come back to help us invest, to help us continue to improve this game? That’s all I’m motivated for. I need that money so we have more plots, we build more infrastructure.
“I will come and go … but I want a legacy. I want to be able to say,” In his period he did it. “
“The more I do, the always I think it’s serious, this is full time. This is not a part -time role. People in Wales deserve it.”
