Vidarbha clinch the third title of trophy wiped as Karun Nair appears as a hero

Vidarbha won her third title to Ranji Trophy after he secured the lead on Sunday, March 2nd, the leadership of the first Incini against Kerala in the final match of 2024-25 at the VCA Stadium in Nagpur. The conflict of the summit ended with a draw in the fifth day, but Vidarbha were declared champions based on their top performance.

Vidarbha, led by Akshay Wadkar, provided a decisive lead of 37 runs in the finals. They published 379 runs in their first scams and then kicked Keral for 342. The leadership of the first Incini proved to be key to the home team.

Vidarbha Safe Third Title Ranji Trophy after the first lead of Keral

Vidarbha ended the six -year waiting on the third title Ranji Trophy. They won their first title in the 2017-18 season, beating Rishabh Pant Delhi with nine hickekets. The team successfully defended its crown in 2018-19, beating Saurashtra with 78 rides in the final at the Vidarbha Crickket Association Stadium.

The Akshay Wadkar team also reached the finals of the Trophy of Ranja last year, but ended up as runners in Mumbai under the leadership of Ajinkya Rahana. For Keral, this was their first final conflict between Ranji Trophy. However, the Sachin team led by the Baby lags lagging behind the heading of the title despite strong efforts throughout the season.

Danish Malewar, Karun Nair plays a key role in winning Ranji Trophy 2024-25

Danish Malewar played a key role in the finals. He scored 153 driving in the first 285 balls, including 15 fours and three sixs. The dough was added 73 from 162 balls in another inning. Malewar finished the season with 783 runs on average 52.80 from nine games, including two tons and six fifties.

Vidarbha suffered demolition in both stabs, but were rescued by key views between Malewar -a Karun Nair. They fought in 24/3 in the first scams before the duo connected a key stop of 215 running. Again, they revived a team of 7/2 with 182 ran stops for the third Wickket in the third Ubaja.

Sachin Baby was the best paste for the curela in their other scams. He scored a crucial 98 of 235 balls, which included 10 fours. During his insertions, Baby added a 63-line-up with Sarwate and later 59 runs for sixth Wickket with Mohammed Azharuuddeen. 98 was his highest result in the season.
