The Talibana authorities released American citizen George Glzmann after spending more than two years in custody in Afghanistan, State Secretary Marco Rubio said on Thursday. Glzmann, 66, was released after weeks of negotiations led by Qatar and American intermediaries and returned to the United States on his return.
