The investigation is ongoing on University in Florida After two fraternities were suspended for serious accusations of harassment.

The detective assigned to the case wrote in the report: “The Sigma Chi brothers allegedly forced new members to stand in front of the car while the organization members hit them with cars.”

Outlet revealed that Sigma Chi was a repeated offender at the UCF, after it was included eight times between 2015 and 2020, including four suspensions only in 2019. One of these incidents in 2019 included the allegations that the Brotherhood tied the eyes of the pledge and forced him to use cocaine.

National chapters have also temporarily suspended the UCF fraternity.

The oldest incident occurred in November at the Brotherhood House outside the campus, according to the records received by WKMG. The incident happened while the UCF main campus was closed and not only reported on January 22.

Another bullying incident allegedly happened at a campus at the Sigma Chi house. The diary says the incident happened between February 3rd and February 24th and was reported on March 7th.

The third incident, which included Sigma Chi, stems from the allegation of the incident of the affected and the launch that took place on February 24 at the campus.

Gilmartin added that the suspensions of the fraternity banned them in activities and outside the campus, including employment and social events.
