Trump orders the strikers of rebels in Yemen Houthhi, issues fresh threats to support Iran
US President Donald Trump said he ordered a series of air attacks in the capital of Yemen on Saturday, promising to use a “irresistible fatal force” until Houthi rebels supported by Iranian stopped attacks along the vital naval corridor.
“Our brave warriors are currently conducting air attacks on terrorist bases, leaders and rocket defense to protect US shipping, air and naval property, and to renovate navigation freedom,” Trump said in a social media post. “No terrorist force will prevent US commercial and naval vessels to sail freely to the water paths of the world.”
He also warned Iran to stop supporting the rebel group, promising that the country would “fully responsibility” for the procedures of its proxy.
Houthis reported on Saturday night about a series of explosions in his territory. The images circulating on the network show the black smoke showers in the area of Sanaa Airport, which includes a widespread military facility. The extent of the damage has not yet been clear.
Air attacks come a few days after Houthis said they would continue the attacks on the Israeli vessels that were sailing in the waters outside Yemen in response to the blockade of Israel on Gaza. Houthhi attacks have not been reported since.
The United States, Israel and Britain have previously hit the areas held by Houthhi in Yemen. The Israeli army refused to comment.
“These ruthless attacks cost American and world economy much billion dollars, while bringing innocent lives in danger,” Trump said.
