Trump offered to cancel the ban on deportations in Venezuela rejected by the appeal court

Three judges of the US appeal rejected the incentive of Trump’s administration to continue the arbitrarily deportations of Venecuela’s migrants under the Law on Aliens Enemies of 1789, after the court found that the first wave of such expansion was carried out without a duty.
