President Donald Trump He said his administration called hundreds of thousands of federal workers who do not appear at work, saying that it is time to exhaust the “swamp”.
“We have hundreds of thousands of federal workers who did not show up at work,” Trump said as he spoke in US capitol on Tuesday night. “My administration will recover the power from this unacceptable bureaucracy, and we will again return true democracy to America.
“And every federal bureaucrat that resists this change will be removed from duty immediately,” he added. “Because we dry out the swamp. It is very simple. And the days of the reign of the unprecedented bureaucrats are over.”
Trump’s administration has offered buyouts for nearly two million federal employees, including those who work remotely, as part of Trump’s efforts for employees to return to the office. They originally had only until February 6 to apply.

According to the purchase offer, employees will stop working in early March and receive payment fees by September 30.
AND White house Fox News Digital confirmed that the numbers had climbed to 75,000 from Thursday morning.
He said earlier that he expects 200,000 people to accept the offer.

During Trump’s first week in power, he issued several directives to the federal workforce, including the request that distant employees must return to a personal job.
US Federation of Government Employees and Two other unions filed an appeal, claiming that the bounce offering was “arbitrary and capricious” and violated the Federal Law.

Unions state that the administration cannot guarantee that the plan will be funded and have not considered the consequences of mass residues, including how it can affect the ability of the Government to function.
