Gallagher finished 57.62 to 400m and Kinnaly Suphanthong at Franklin High School arrived second in 1: 05.72. Gallagher’s teammate, Quinnan Schaefer, was behind Souphathong at 1: 07.13.
Then, in the 200m race, Gallagher finished first at 25.76, followed by teammate Addyson Skyles at 27.31.
Both times for Gallagher they were a seasonal record.

AND Oregon Activities AssociationThe administrative body for Portland Interscholastic League, has a policy of participating in a gender identity that “allows students to participate in athletic or the activities of their consistently fixed gender identity program, providing fair and safe environment for all students.”
“As a rule 8.2 in connection with the duration of eligibility / graduation, rules such as this promotes harmony and honest competition among schools to members of Members of the equality of acceptability and increasing the number of students who will have the opportunity to participate in intersholastic activities,” adds the Ordinance.
