The judge who ordered Venecuela’s gang members returned to the United States faced with calls

The Republicans were piling up Boasberg after issuing a 14-day limit for stopping the Trump administration of the administration by deporting violent members of the Venecuela gang who entered the United States illegally, through the powers exposed in the centuries-old law on alien enemies.
The last time used during World War II, the Law on Euts’ enemies was conducted before the potential war with the French at the time, for fear of sympathizing with France. The law provides the president of a wide power for prison or deportation of noncitizans during the war.
“Another day, another judge unilaterally decides on politics for the whole country. This time in favor of foreign gang members,” Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-iowa, Chairman of the Senate Justice Committee, published on X. “If the Supreme Court or Congress does not improve, we headed to the constitutional crisis. The Senate CMTE judiciary takes measures.”

Boasberg’s verdict followed in response to a lawsuit filed by the American Union of Civil Freedom (ACLU) and the left -wing legal advocacy for democracy advocacy. In a lawsuit, she claimed that Trump’s intention to use her “war government” to deport dangerous illegal immigrants was illegal because they were not in the midst of a “declared war”.
The lawsuit followed after the proclamation that Trump signed on Saturday, claiming that the violent members of the gang belonging to the Venecuela gang of Tren de Aragua (TDA) “carried out irregular warfare and take hostile actions against the United States.” Last month Trump moved to Determine a series of Mexican drug cartels, including TDA, as “foreign terrorist organizations (ftos).”
