“The innocence, privacy and safety of young girls should never be discussed,” Miller said in a written statement. “Any public school that refuses to follow the orders of President Trump to protect premises only for women has no right to obtain any number of taxpayers financing.”

“It will be illegal according to the title of IX 1972 education amendment … For an individual of one sex (as determined solely on reproductive biology and genetics at birth) to use a locker room, while such a room is active use by individuals of different sex regarding the educational program or activities,”
