“I want to go out there and I want to compete. If I really didn’t want to play, I didn’t have to rehab, I didn’t have to try to get back to the field. I want to play.”
When asked if he would play at Miami Open from March 18 to March 30, Kyrgios said: “The time frame is not ideal, but I should play alone, so I will see my wrist reacting.
“If not miami, I’ll continue to look forward. I can’t continue to look and be disappointed. Otherwise I don’t know how much I will enjoy it.”
