Student Columbia sues Trump administrator for effort to deport it

Columbia University student He sued President Donald Trump and other top administration officials after trying to revoke her status of permanent population and remove her from the United States.

In a Fox News statement, a senior spokesman for the US Ministry of Homeland Security said that Chung was “engaged in behavior”, but will have the opportunity to present his case before the immigration judge.
