South Korea President Yoon Suk Yeol released from prison after being canceled


South Korea The imputant President Yoon Suk Yeol was released from prison on Saturday after the court canceled his arrest to allow him to be tried for rebellion without physically detained.

This comes after Yoon arrested and charged prosecutors in January of his December 3 decree on December 3 – which led to political unrest in the country – that the National Assembly had voted a turnaround just hours later. The National Assembly also voted to disturb it, resulting in suspension from duty.

Yoon was seen waving his hand on Saturday, squeezing his fists and bowing to his supporters who shouted his name and waved the South Korean and American national flags. He entered a black van to travel to his residence in Seoul.

In a statement, Yoon said that “he appreciates the courage and decision of the Seul district court to correct illegality,” in what seemed to be a reference to questions because of his arrest. He also thanked his supporters and invited the people on the strike against the hunger against his empire to end him.

The Constitutional Court considers whether to officially dismiss or return Yoon as president. If the court supports his imperial, Election for the new President It will be held within two months.

The Seoul district court said on Friday that he had accepted Yoon’s request to be liberated in prison, pointing to the need to resolve the issue of law of the President’s legality.

Yoon’s lawyers claimed that the investigating agency that detained him before the official arrest lacked the legal authority for the examination of the rebellion charges.

The Seoul Court also said that the legal period of his formal arrest had expired ahead of the indictment.

Yoon’s release from prison came after the prosecutors decided to appeal against the verdict from the Central District Court in Seoul. The South Korean law allows the plaintiffs to continue to hold the suspect in custody while following the appeal, even after the arrest by the court.

Main liberal opposition Democratic partyAs Yoon’s Imperading brought in December, he criticized the plaintiff for not complaining about their decision, referring to them as the “assistants” of Yoon, who is the former prosecutor.

A spokesman for the Cho Seung-Rae Democratic Party has invited the Constitutional Court to reject Yoon as soon as possible to avoid further public unrest.
