“More than a decade, Brittanee’s loved ones have been left to imagine the worst possible scenario in Brittanee’s disappearance, while Vause has retained the truth,” said US lawyer Adair Ford from South Carolina County last month.
“We hope that Brittanee’s loved ones will now have the closure and measure of justice coming with this punishment. Let her rest in peace knowing that her mother Zora was relentless in search of justice.”
