Serbian officials, police denies using Sonic weapons with Anti -Hod’s protesters

Serbian officials denied on Sunday that the safety forces of the country used military weapons to dispel and intimidate protesters on the huge anti -Vladin gathering in the capital.
Opposition officials and Serbian rights of the rights claimed that during the protest, a widely banned acoustic weapon was used to emit a targeted bundle to temporarily disable people. They say he will file charges for the European Court of Human Rights and Domestic Courts against those who ordered the attack.
Serbia did not deny that it had an acoustic device in its arsenal.
At least 100,000 people descended to Belgrade on Saturday to a mass gathering, which is considered to be superior months of protests against populist President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic and his government.
Rally was part of the national movement for the fight against corruption that broke out after a concrete canopy collapsed at a train station in northern Serbia in November, killing 15 people.

The Belgrade Center for Security Policy, non -governmental organization, condemned “illegally and inhumanely distributing forbidden weapons, such as acoustic devices, against peaceful protesters.”
“This act is an obvious representation of force and an attempt to encourage chaos, with the aim of delegitimization of protest and criminalization of peaceful citizens,” the group said.
Serbian police and the Ministry of Defense denied that illegal weapons were used.

The Serbian president called on the judicial authorities on Sunday to answer the information “that Sonic Cannons were used during the protest,” RTS state show.
“I ask the Ministry of Justice and the Prosecutor’s Office to react, whether to process those who used it, and we know they are not, but let’s check,” Vucic said. “Let there be a procedure, but then they should process those who have publicly published such a infamous lie.”
The Belgrade Emergency Hospital refused reports that many people sought help after the incident and called for legal proceedings against those who “expanded false information”.
