Ryan Garcia explodes Gervont Davis, blames “mentality” one foot out “for the fake roach performance

Ryan Garcia says Gervont Davis’s lack of appearance against Lamont Roach last Saturday night was the result of his retirement planning soon and that he did not mentally focus on how difficult he was against the motivated fighter.

The WBA champion in a lightweight category tank escaped with a majority in 12 laps, but many fans felt he lost. Ryan thinks this was supposed to achieve a fall in the ninth round when Davis (30-0-1, 28 ko) took his knee. He blamed it for the grease of hair, entering the eye.

One leg

Garcia says that if Gervont is pulled out to take a knee without a confiscated point, other fighters will do the same and blame him for a physical problem. This will “kill the momentum” of their opponent and they can return to the fight.

Ryan does not buy a technical question that allegedly prevented the New York Commission to reconsider the ninth round when the tank took the knee. He points out that the reprise is shown in the arena.

“This happens when you have one leg in one leg [into retirement] Before he enters the ring, “said Ryan Garcia IFL TV Last Saturday night, Gervont Davis is fighting against Lamont Roach in Brooklyn. “To get to the third or fourth equipment you will need, especially when you are that guy, that second guy will want it ten times more.”

Tank said he would be fighting that he would retreat to three fights. He especially chose Roach, not someone from a 135 -pound division. Fans saw this as Davis on their retirement, choosing opposition to entertained to ensure that he would get out of the game without loss.

“So, when one foot goes out, you will get into the ring and you will have that moment where you know that you will have to step up and it just won’t come. I think it happened,” Garcia continued on why the tank fought against Roach.

Davis would have problems with Roach, even if he hadn’t planned to retire. He only fights in Sopurts -in a guy made to order for Roach, who is smart. He studied Davis’ struggle and realized that someone he could surpass. He did it.

Denial

“100% that should be judged by a collapse [in the ninth]. I like the Tank Davis, but these are the rules. You can’t do that kind of knee. He knew that. He says he’s not, but he is. On top of that, there is no way they had technical problems. They showed a replay in the arena. No way they had technical problems.

“I think they need to do something about it because it gives an incentive to other boxers,” I will take my knee whenever something bothers me. I injured my hand a little. I injured my elbow a little. ‘Do something with *** and get back to the fight. When you kill the momentum of another guy, come back and fight. They have to do something or you will have a lot of boxers to do some strange s ***, “Garcia said.
