Referee Bryan Kohberger breaks down on “pervading” under the seal in the killings of Idah

“For example, despite the fact that the concerns of the court are pronounced earlier, the state continues to seek wide -off commands of all documents to protect the identity of individuals, not to simply use initials or ask that the edited version of the public in the public that reveals only initials.”
