Rangers lost his lead with two goals, but won in an exciting penalty shootout to knock out Fenerbahce Jose Mourinho on the bounce of Ibrox.
Despite losing 3-1 in Turkey and ran away two more goals through the marginal in the offsid decisions, Mourinho claimed that on the eve of the match, his side was a better team than the Rangers.
And they won 2-0 at night. The excellent ending of Sebastian Szymański from the delivery of Filip Kostic reduced the backward backward backs in just before halftime, and the wing player turned the low Müldür Cross in the second half to force an additional 30 minutes.

Jack Butland made two good savings in an additional period, as it seemed that the Turkish side was over strongly.
But Butland then saved himself well in the shooting of Fred and Dusan Tadic, before Mert Hakan Yandas teased his efforts over the top to send Barry Ferguson men.
The Rangers will now play Athletic Bilbao in the quarterfinals.
The triumphant Butland told TNT Sports: “We are something special. I wanted to put something for guys, I wanted to do it. You can’t surpass that feeling.
“We completely believed we would do the job. The boys dug deep and this is the reward you get, this is what fans deserve.
“We could have been clinically, but, boy, we deserved it.”
